VJ is short for visual jockey. The job of VJ is to source and create digital images and mix them together to provide a visual backdrop to the music experience in clubs, raves and also at live gigs and performances.

In a club VJs will work closely with a DJ to synch up with their mixing, scratching or cutting up of records. At a live performance the visuals might add to the story being told in a song. Almost all venues now have a VJ and many bands also travel with a visual jockey as part of their live experience.

Work based learning gives people the chance to expand their knowledge while earning a wage at work. You can learn essential skills for the future such as computer literacy, communication skills, teamwork and how to meet deadlines.

Work based learning courses are designed to fit around you and your employers needs. This means you could agree with your employer to leave the office to study one day a week or so, go to workshops or take up evening classes.

There are loads of ways to see what options are available to you:

* Search the internet
* Inquire at your university or college about options.
* Check your local paper
* Read trade and industry publications (magazines and papers)

Insurance are now offering the program for retirement. This one is a must now. Of course, you don’t want to have nothing when you retire from work. You want to receive something rewarding that you deserve. You want to travel or spend time with your family having the luxury that you want and save when you are still working. If you don’t have insurance you can start now by saving money. Putting your money in a bank is a good way because of the interest it gives. Investing to some other things like realty or property are another option. Because its value increases each year. By the time you need money ,you can sell them by its recent value. No one would like to be broke when they got old. All of us wants to splurge and get what we rightly deserve. Save or invest now for the bright future.

I can go to the mall or even visit a friend during weekdays. I can also wake up late in the morning. I can sleep all day. But these things are just at start. As months or days goes by, boredom will come to you. But thanks to the internet that makes my time consume well in a wonderful and productive way. I usually browse different informative sites and I write to earn as my sideline. But these things will come to an end. My baby will finally come soon. I have my new job now as a mom to my son. It’s a different job among others because dedication and patience should be given. I have to prepare myself physically,emotionally and mentally for that time.

The emotional experience that woman share with a man in a relationship is the door through which a relationship will either open up and move forward or, on the other hand, as the barrier that causes a relationship to stay shut and go nowhere. And “commitment” is a man and a woman agreeing to open the door together and walk through it.

But, the truth is, men don’t COMMIT for the same reasons most women do. They don’t think about, talk about, or want to walk through the door the same way most women do. That’s why the “process” by which most men commit is different.

For most women, there’s often a kind of tension and resistance built into moving forward in a
relationship with a man. It is not just talking about the spoken words of that make a commitment but about the “emotional commitment” a man has inside with a woman.

If a man is deeply committed to a woman and the relationship on an emotional level, then any
“issues” that run into are just going to be “bumps in the road” to him. And he’ll be confident,
comfortable, open, and secure with his woman in working them out.

But if a man ISN’T “emotionally committed” to his woman, then each and every little problem is going to cause him to get irritated, frustrated, and have him wanting to blame his woman and withdraw. Which is, in turn, going to make things much less certain for the woman.

If you ever travel to Atlanta, you would noticed there are too much homeless, or bums hanging around the street. They basically doing nothing practical there. Whenever people pass by, they just ask if they can have a spare change. If you shake your head, some of them might even screaming out loud on the street. What a horrible scene as you can imagine it.

I went to Georgia State University before, and I actually took night class before. The distance from my night classroom building to the parking lot about less than 1/2 miles. But normally, less people walk on the street at night. There were so many African - Americans hanging along the street sidewalk, you might need to your usual safe route to your car. They might come harass you if you walk alone. So, be careful. Usually, after 5 p.m. everyday, people would leave downtown Atlanta, back to their suburban home. I also trying to take class on the morning rather than at night.

From radio A.M. Channels, there were people been mugged; or girls been raped all over the news. So, the school reinforced their security guards on duty on night time. Moreover, students should walk in group instead of individuals.

I have a favorite small candy and toy store in our community. I used to buy there everyday. I noticed that whenever I stopped-by that store and stay for a while, I could smell human urine. I asked the lady there about it and she told me that men around the area urinate against the wall. Whenever there is that call of nature, they just face the wall, open their zipper and go pp.

To make the matter worst, this serves as the toilet of those men, who always have a drinking binge almost everyday and every night.

The tenants living on the groundfloor had tried to talk with them to stop it, but in vain. Some tenants opted to transfer and live somewhere. These men are just disrespectful and don’t care about other people’s welfare. They are like dogs marking their territory.

I am just wondering what will make them stop from urinating against the wall.

Most people nowadays were longing to go to another country to try their luck there. Economic crisis and increase rate of unemployment discourage the newly graduate. Different companies were being close and some of them terminate numerous employees to survive the crisis. People get desperate because aside from being unemployed, the prices of basic commodities increases. So, the decision of going to other countries comes with eagerness. Some people do the traditional way of applying directly to the companies or to the agencies. But there’s a difficulty in being hired because of the competition with other fellow people. So, the others decided to go there as a tourist then apply for a job there directly to the company. These people sacrifies their luck and some of them succeeded. In the foreign land with no assurance of having a good fortune, there are some people still wants to pursue. When they got hired, the legal papers for the right to work were being processed. But those who aren’t succeeded, go back to their country and face the reality how the economy really affects them.

Artscow.com is a great resource for creating photo gifts for grandparents at really low prices. If you sign up for a free account, they’ll automatically credit your account for 400 free prints! Sign up for their newsletter and get freebie credits all the time, from ornaments to photobooks, to greeting cards. All of these are customizable, too. Even though these are all free, you must pay shipping. Shipping for photobooks are $6 and can fit over 100 photos!

I highly reccomend making grandma or grandpa an ornament this year with a picture of the family or their favorite grandson. With those low prices, you can make ornaments that represent every grandchild they have. For mother’s day I made my mom a photobook of my son and she literally cried when viewing it. It’s such an amazing and touching way to gift your family. Best of all, they’ll love showing off the book to all their friends!

She could not just sit around and wait for the money to arrive. She will think of any other ways to produce it for the family needs.

This is one of the reasons why there are working moms, who help feed the children and contribute to add up to the family income.

Nowadays, stay-at-home-mom are outnumbered by working moms. There is also a debate between the two on who can provide quality life for their children.
